The folks over at NaturallyCurly recently sent me a three-month supply of Viviscal Hair Repair, a dietary supplement used to repair damaged hair. After some research to ensure that I won’t grow a tail or something, I decided to give it a spin.

I’m not really big on vitamin taking as it is…so I’ve set a reminder for the mornings so I won’t head to work without popping a Viviscal. So I shall be taking one a day for the next three months and making note of any changes I see in my hair.

A little bit of info about Viviscal:

“Nourish and restore the natural health and beauty of damaged hair. Viviscal Hair Repair is for all women whose hair is damaged due to over styling, heat treatments, straighteners, colouring, extensions, poor diet and nutrition, pollution and stress. Many women suffer from damaged hair and many more don’t even realise it. Viviscal Hair Repair is a natural food supplement that has been scientifically developed to help you care for and repair your hair from within.”

Main Ingredients: AminoMar C™ (Marine Protein Extract), L-Cystine, L-Methionine, Grape Seed Extract, Vitamin E, Folic Acid, D-Biotin, Selenium (Contains fish ingredients, not recommended to those allergic to seafood. Gluten-free.)

Price: $29.99 for a 30-day supply.

I will be checking back in after a month to discuss any effects I notice!
