Over the past few years, I have been gradually upping my healthy lifestyle game. It’s more than a hair thing for me–I want to be at my best from head to toe. My most recent obsession has included skin care products and regimens so you can imagine my excitement when I received my copy of The 8-Week Healthy Skin Diet by Karen Fischer.
Now I will admit that I have been pretty blessed in the skin department. I rarely have skin issues aside from the occasional pre-menstrual breakout or stress-induced back acne (bleh!). I also canNOT be in the sun for long without sunscreen or I burn up (Yes, darker skin can burn!). But overall, I’m doing alright over here. Still…I have areas where improvement is definitely welcome so I’m looking forward to checking out this book and sharing some of my awesome finds with all of you!
The 8-Week Healthy Skin Diet aims to help you achieve beautiful skin by following a holistic, natural approach. This means you can put away all of those creams and lotions you’ve been slathering yourself with in hopes of discovering the fountain of youth in a bottle or jar. The book includes suggestions for targeting different skin conditions and over 100 delicious, nutritious recipes to lead you to healthy, beautiful skin!
